In the aftermath of his walk through hell, Robert began to reflect on the good fortunes he had at his side during the awful summer of 2021. He and his company were lucky to have so many good friends to help them emerge victorious.

But was every MSP as prepared and connected as Progressive Computing? Even if they are, shouldn't there be a centralized place to get help in the event they are attacked like we were?

It was at this time Robert envisioned the foundation of MSP911.org, a website that could server as a resource to active victims to get assistance, direction, and guidance during the first few critical hours and days of an event.
